You can try to reinstall the BlueSoleil software, or you can try the following:
- Run BlueSoleil with the administrator privileges;
- Set the compatibility of BlueSoleil (can run on Windows 7 and below systems). To do this, right click on the BlueSoleil icon -> go to Properties -> Compatibility -> tick the box Run this program in compatibility mode for: -> from the drop down menu select Windows 7 -> click on the button Change Settings for all users, click Apply and then OK.
- Change the service startup type of the software from automatic to automatic (delayed startup). To do this, type services in the windows search. In services, find BlueSoleil CS, right click->properties->set strartup type to Automatic (Delayed Start).
- Navigate to the Device Manager -> open the Bluetooth drop-down menu, then right click on Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and select disable. Repeat the procedure for the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator.
