This problem occurs when the device is not connected to the PC, and this can happen in two cases.
First, less likely, the amplifier is empty and needs to be charged.
Second, you are trying to connect with the wrong COM port (our app will start running no matter which COM port you select, but the error messages will keep popping up as the device is not connected to the PC). In order to overcome this issue, make sure to first connect the SMARTING mobi device to the BlueSoleil (the device in BlueSoleil should be green and the amplifier should start blinking), and then use that COM port to connect to the app. If you need help with connecting the device, you can find the steps here.
