The BlueSoleil software is shipped with the mBrainTrain USB dongle within the SMARTING mobi package. The permanent license is contained in the BlueSoleil Bluetooth dongle that is also sent with the SMARTING mobi package. However, the software can also be downloaded from the BlueSoleil website and the price of the license is $27.99
Please note that the dongle should not be placed in the USB 3.0 port, as this can damage the dongle, so please try to avoid it. Alternatively, you can use an USB 2.0 to USB 2.0 adapter that largely reduces the chance of the dongle malfunctioning. We have stated this information in the user manual (page 4, **Note).
