Try following these steps:
- If the device is unable to pair, Go to the BlueSoleil window, unpair your device and pair it again. This can happen in case you are using multiple BlueSoleil dongles in your lab, since each dongle has a unique serial number, and if the SMARTING mobi device was previously connected to one BlueSoleil dongle, it will not be able to automatically pair to another BlueSoleil dongle. In this case, the above described steps should be performed.
- After pairing, right click on your device and click “Connect Bluetooth Serial Port” within the BlueSoleil program. The icon should become green.
- Right click on the connected SMARTING mobi device (once its icon becomes green) and you will be able to read its COM port to which it is connected. Use the same COM port to connect to the SMARTING Streamer.
- In case the device cannot be connected from the BlueSoleil window, try reattaching the BlueSoleil dongle, or restarting the computer.
- Contact the support team at support@mbraintrain.com in case you still cannot establish the connection with the SMARTING Streamer, or submit a request.
